Main Responsibilities

• Operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or other CNC production machines

• Setting up tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to drawings and work instructions

• Reading and understanding technical drawings and machining documentation

• Measuring finished parts and ensuring quality requirements are met

• Working with different CNC control systems, depending on the workplace

• Producing parts of different sizes and complexity

• Taking responsibility for accuracy, quality, and safe working methods

Requirements

• Previous experience in CNC machining or CNC machine operation

• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions

• Good attention to detail and quality

• Responsible and reliable working attitude

• Basic English skills for work communication

• Willingness to work in Finland

• Willingness to participate in Finnish language classes to ensure good communication at the workplace

A category B driving license and personal car are considered an advantage, but they are not always mandatory.
