Industrial Painters & Team Lead – Dalarna, Sweden

We are looking for 10 skilled Industrial Painters and 1 experienced Painting Team Lead for a long-term industrial project in Dalarna, Sweden.

The work involves industrial painting and protective coating of steel structures, including bridges, balconies and various manufactured metal products.

We are looking for experienced, practical and solution-oriented professionals who can work with different coating systems and maintain high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare steel structures and materials for industrial painting.

• Perform industrial spray painting and apply protective coatings.

• Work with different coating systems, including primers and fire-protection coatings.

• Measure and verify coating thickness according to technical specifications.

• Complete quality control documentation and painting protocols.

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move and position materials.

• Load materials onto painting trestles and hang products on hooks.

• Pack finished products for delivery.

• Work with various steel products and painting requirements.

Requirements – Industrial Painters (10 Positions)

• Previous professional experience in industrial painting.

• Experience with spray painting and protective coatings.

• Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application.

• Ability to measure and check coating thickness.

• Experience working in an industrial production environment.

• Practical, responsible and solution-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.

Additional Requirements – Team Lead (1 Position)

We are looking for one experienced Industrial Painting Team Lead who can coordinate daily painting operations and communicate with the client.

• Extensive experience in industrial painting and protective coatings.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and painting specifications.

• Previous experience supervising or coordinating painting teams.

• Knowledge of industrial coating systems and quality control.

• Ability to organize daily tasks and solve technical problems.

• Ability to ensure painting work meets required quality standards.

Coating Systems

The company uses approximately 10 different coating products, including:

• Tikkurila Europrimer

• HB 30

• Temadur

• MIO coatings

• Teknos Hensoterm 920 KS – fire-protection coating

Experience with intumescent and fire-protection coatings is an advantage.
